- New customers can activate service through the MobileX app on iOS or Android, on our website, on Walmart.com, or at more than 3,700 Walmart stores.
- Choose to activate a new number or keep your existing number by porting it into MobileX.
- Create a support ticket in the app or call our Xpert Care team at 833-422-1053. Once we verify your SNAP participation, your service is covered.
