In this role, Biado will lead the strategic direction and operations for MobileX’s wholesale, master agent and dealer channels, further accelerating the company’s growth in the independent wireless dealer space. 

Biado brings nearly 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having held leadership positions at major domestic and international carriers. He has played a key role in building and scaling some of the country’s largest and most successful prepaid dealer networks, fostering strong relationships across the independent wireless channel. Recently, Biado led Channel Expansion and Sales Development at Dish Wireless and Boost Mobile, where he played a pivotal role in scaling retail distribution from a single big-box partner to over 40,000 locations nationwide, including Walmart, Best Buy, Target and Kroger.

Prior to Dish Wireless, Biado founded and led Summit Mobile, LLC, a wireless startup, and spent over 13 years at Cricket Wireless as a Vice President, General Manager, and special advisor to the CEO. He also spearheaded the development of Dish Wireless’ and Boost Mobile’s participation in the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, which provided digital connectivity to hundreds of thousands of customers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
