There are a few reasons that can cause your Wi-Fi connection to not work. Luckily, many of these issues can be fixed easily and quickly in just a few steps.
A few options to help fix internet connection:

Make sure your router is turned on and that you are within its range

Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned On in your phone’s settings

Be sure you have selected the correct router

Reset network settings (This will not erase any personal information other than saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections). Then try to reconnect to the W-Fi once completed

If your phone is still not connecting, try powering it off.

Lastly, you can reset your network settings (instructions for this are listed under “How Do I Reset my Network Settings”)
