Samsung devices:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Tap on SIM card manager.
  4. Under eSIMs, tap Add mobile plan.

 

 

Samsung devices:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Tap Mobile Networks.
  4. Go into Access Point Names.
  5. Tap Add in the upper right-hand corner.
    1. Note: If you cannot add an APN attempt to edit the existing VZWINTERNET apn
  6. Follow the template below:
    1. Name: MobileX APN: mx5g.vzwentp (if this doesn’t work, try it capitalized: MX5G.VZWENTP) (All else should be blank).
    2. Select the three dots in the upper right and click Save.
  7. You may need to restart your device in order for this to take effect.

 

Google Pixel devices:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Network and Internet.
  3. Tap on SIMs.
  4. Under Downloaded SIMs, tap Add more.


 

Google Pixel devices:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Network and Internet.
  3. Tap SIMs
  4. Select your MobileX SIM (if you have more than one SIM).
  5. Tap on the bottom of the page Access Point Names.
  6. Tap the Plus sign.
  7. Follow the template below:
    1. Name: MobileX APN: mx5g.vzwentp (if this doesn’t work, try it capitalized: MX5G.VZWENTP) (All else should be blank).
    2. Press the three dots in the upper right and select Save.
  8. A device restart may be required.

Here’s how it works:


You live, we learn. When you select Personalized Access, our app will suggest a custom data amount to best suit your usage. You can choose the amount our app recommends—or any amount you like—build your plan, your way.


It doesn’t matter what amount you end up choosing—we’ll match it, gigabyte for gigabyte, automatically doubling your data allowance upon purchase.


And, if at any time you want to top up your account with extra data, we’ll match that too! As long as you’re on Personalized Access we’ll double the data you buy.
