Welcome! We are excited to have you join the MobileX family. We have made the process to join MobileX as simple and enjoyable as using the app itself. Follow the steps below to join.
How to join the MobileX service:

Download the app and create a MobileX account.

You will have three options:
a. You can choose the learning period approach (instead of a traditional rate plan), which allows us to monitor your usage over 10 days to learn your unique mobile data needs and pricing.

Once you decide between the Learning Period or the traditional rate plan, you will be given your first access pricing recommendation. You have 48 hours to accept this.

Once you have accepted your recommended Access Pricing, your full 30-day access period starts.

When that first period ends, your second period will automatically start up. If you don’t make any changes to your access, it will remain the exact same as your initial access pricing selection going forward.
b. You choose the “know better” route, where you manually select any budget or data you think you will need.
c. You can choose “basic unlimited” where you pay for a set amount of data every month.
