We offer two types of plans, Custom access, and Basic Unlimited.
Custom Access plans
With our customer access plans, you get to have a personalized plan made just for you. Even better is you will only ever pay for what you use. The way this works is that unused mobile data gets converted into a bill credit on your next month’s renewal. What’s also awesome is that if you think you know better than our AI we give you the ability to tweak the plan to your liking.
How pricing works for custom access plans:
Talk & Text:
You can pick any of our talk and text options with Custom Access plans:
A) No Talk and Text: $0
B) 50 Minutes of Talk and 50 Texts: $1.50
C) 150 Minutes of Talk/ 150 Texts: $2.50
D) Unlimited Talk and Text: $4.50
Note: All talk and text are subject to applicable taxes

To get started with Custom Access we recommend starting by going through the learning period. The learning period lasts for up to 10 days and allows us to get to know you better so we can make a plan made just for you.
Basic Unlimited
Much like you’ll find at other carriers, we offer basic unlimited plans as well. These plans come with a set amount of high-speed data before being slowed down. As the name implies, they are unlimited. With the traditional style of these plans, you pay the same each month regardless of how much data you use.

How to get in touch with XpertCare
The best way you get in touch with us is through the MobileX app. Through the app, we can pull up your account and get you fully verified. To get in touch with us simply do the following:
- Open the MobileX app
- Go to XpertCare( Located in the bottom right-hand corner of the app)
- Tap “Support Requests”
- Tap “Create a new support Request”
- Select the option that best fits your needs
- Fill in a description of your issue with as much detail as possible.
*Note once your support request is created, it will show under your open requests. You can come back to it in the future to respond by tapping on the support request itself.
An alternative method to reach us is via our live chat which can be accessed on www.mymobilex.com simply say “Agent” to the chatbot and fill out the necessary info to be redirected to the next available representative. It is critical that you provide the email that is associated with the MobileX account you require assistance with. This is needed in order to locate you in our systems.
